For my friends and relatives living overseas, Sicily is an island in the Mediterranean sea. Though, the only way to go there is either by airplane or by boat.

Palerm and Catania are respectively about 1482 km and 1625 South-East far from Paris.

So flying from Paris remains the best travelling mean. Driving by car from Paris and then taking the boat would be a 2-3 days trip along the European highways.

Tout enfant accompagnant ses parents et prenant l'avion, que ce soit sur le territoire français ou bien en U.E.27 doit avoir sa propre carte d'identité même si cet enfant n'a que 6 mois. La possibilité d'avoir les enfants sur l'un des passeports des parents n'est plus valable.
